SAN ANDREAS MOTORSPORTS ASSOCIATION 
REGULATIONS

1. GEAR
1.1. Every competitor must have proper gear to compete in any race organised by San Andreas Motorsports Association.
Proper gear is: Fireproof Racing Suit, Helmet, Gloves, Shoes, Hans Device.

2. RACE CAR 

2.1. Every Race Car that attends and competes in any of events organised by San Andreas Motorsports Assocation needs to have proper safety equipment. ( Rollcage, F.E., Sports (Bucket) seats (For both driver and co driver if SARC is the case), harness, cut off system. )

2.2. Every Race Car needs to be finely tuned for a certain championship/race a competitor wants to attend. For Example: Cars that are built to compete in SAHC won't be let to compete in SARC because of safety reasons. 

2.3. Every Race Car needs to be registered on the name and surname of the competitor that's attending a race with that vehicle.

3. RACE CAR DRIVER

3.1. Every race car driver who tries to attend and compete on a certain event organised by San Andreas Motorsports Association needs to have a VALID SAMA RACING LICENSE.

3.2. Every race car driver who tries to attend and compete on a certain event organised by San Andreas Motorsports Association needs to have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

4. FREQUENCY & COMMUNICATION


4.1. Communication between SAMA Staff and Race Car Drivers during the event needs to be PROFESSIONAL, strictly connected to the track.

4.2. Frequency that's being used on a given day of the event CAN NOT BE SHARED outside of SAMA's staff.


4.3. Official language of San Andreas Motorsports Association is ENGLISH and it's the only language allowed on the official frequency, documentation, etc. 

5. PIT BOX

5.1. PIT BOX can be used ONLY by SAMA Staff and RACE CAR DRIVERS. None of the race car drivers can bring anyone else inside of PIT BOXES. If it's urgent, everyone needs to REQUEST an APPROVE through official FREQUENCY from TRACK MARSHAL/MANAGEMENT.

6. PENALTIES

6.1 Penalties can be given for not appropriate behaviour on the track. These penalties are given by Track Marshals/Management.

6.2. Every Race Car Driver has a right to appeal for a given penalty.


These regulations can and will be updated/changed.
Not respecting these regulations will lead to SAMA Racing License being suspended/terminated.

7. SAN ANDREAS RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP

7.1. Every vehicle that's competing in a San Andreas Rally Championship Race has to go through and pass vehicle inspection by SAMA's Staff.

7.2. Every race car driver and co driver that are competing in a San Andreas Rally Championship Race has to go through and pass an breathalyzer test.

7.3. Every vehicle that's competing in a San Andreas Rally Championship Race has to have a right set of tires for the certain surface of the track. (( Sports / Tuner Wheels Category ))

7.4. Every vehicle that's competing in a San Andreas Rally Championship Race has to have a right suspension setup for a certain track, matching the safety regulations. (( Suspension 0 or 1 ))

7.5. If a race car driver starts the run before the countdown is over, he's not able to re-run. However, this will result a penalty of 10 seconds.

7.6. If an accident on the track happens, Race Car Driver and Co Driver are expected to leave their vehicles if they're able to.

7.7. If an accident on the track happens and Race Car Driver, Co Driver are not able to leave their vehicle, they're expected to wait for a first response team.

7.8. For every accident that happens on the day of the race, Race Car Driver, Co Driver, and every team's crew takes the responsibilities.


8. SAN ANDREAS HILLCLIMB CHAMPIONSHIP

8.1. Every vehicle that's competing in a San Andreas Hillclimb Championship Race has to go through and pass vehicle inspection by SAMA's Staff.


(( Every vehicle that doesn't have fully upgraded engine, transmission and brakes won't be conisdered a proper race car ICly. ))

8.2. Every race car driver that is competing in a San Andreas Hillclimb Championship Race has to go through and pass an breathalyzer test.


8.3. Every vehicle that's competing in a San Andreas Hillclimb Championship Race has to have a right set of tires. (( Sports / Tuner Wheels Category ))


8.4. Every vehicle that's competing in a San Andreas Hillclimb Championship Race has to have a right suspension setup for a certain track, matching the safety regulations. (( Suspension 2+ ))


8.5. If a race car driver starts the run before the countdown is over, he's not able to re-run. However, this will result a penalty of 10 seconds.


8.6. If an accident on the track happens, Race Car Driver is expected to leave his vehicle if he's able to.

8.7. For every accident that happens on the day of the race, Race Car Driver and every team's crew takes the responsibilities.

(( Every vehicle that doesn't have transmission, engine and brakes upgraded on it's highest level won't be conisdered a proper race car ICly. This rule is for all the competitions. ))
